RETURN POLICY :
At Integriti, we are committed to customer delight and making online shopping a pleasant experience. All products are scrutinized for quality and size by our experts before dispatch. In the rare case that the ordered products are not up to mark and don't fit you right, there is absolutely no need to worry. Based on availability and preference, we'll either send a replacement product or process a refund/credit note for you upon receipt of returned products.
To be eligible for exchange or return, the products should not be used, washed or dirty. The product must also be in its original undamaged Integriti box with all tags attached. Any product bought during Sale or special promotions cannot be returned but can be exchanged for any product(s) of same or higher price. The return request should be initiated within 10 days of the delivery of the product.
The Integriti Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time. You must email us the complete details of the product in case of regular returns.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product along with the Order number and registered phone number. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order
All the emails must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the order number and the problem with the product.
Replacement products will be shipped approximately within 4 working days of receiving the returned products. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and will reflect back in your account in 7-10 working days. In case of COD orders, it will take up to 20 working days for the Demand Draft to reach you.

- COD charges are non-refundable.
